Aimilios joined Seven Property Group in May 2018.
He holds the position of the Technical Manager of our company. His previous experience is in the Tourism industry and customer service. He is in charge of the technical sector for all the properties that we manage and specializes in tracking & solving problems, coordination and guidance to our technicians and subcontractors.
Under his responsibilities are also all of our cleaning and maintenance crews from hiring to programming and quality supervision.
Charis joined Seven Property Group in 2019.
He is a property consultant who has been actively involved in the property market and property valuations. He has a number of years of experience where he worked as a Sales Manager at a product company.
He has also worked as a manager in the F&B industry and has been trained in food/ beverage, staff management and customer service sector.
He has completed courses and seminars in property valuations, customer service, sales strategies, time management, leadership and performance.
Christina joined Seven Property Group back in December 2009.
She currently holds the position of Supervisor in our Communal Property Management department operating as the point of contact for assigned customers and overseeing that all actions within the department run smoothly.
Christina manages projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals. Also coordinating with staff members working on the same accounts to ensure consistency in our services.
She has graduated Hotel and Tourism Management from Intercollege, Larnaca Cyprus. She has also attended numerous seminars regarding Customer Service, Internal quality management systems inspectors and Leadership.
Maria joined Seven Property Group in February 2020.
She graduated from P.A college, Larnaca Cyprus with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Administration with major in Marketing in 2009. She also obtained a certificate in Book-keeping (level 1) and Book-keeping and Accounts (level 2).
She worked as an office administration at a construction company for five years, product promotion and customer service in a Retail Company for approximately one year and head cashier at customer service department in a big retail company for four and a half years.
She currently holds the position of Account Manager in the Communal Property Management department, operating as the point of contact for assigned customers.
Stalo joined Seven Property Group in December 2019.
She has graduated from University of Nicosia with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature. She has also attended numerous seminars regarding Customer Service focusing on nationalities and the psychology of future clients.
Stalo currently holds the position of Account Manager in the Communal Property Management department operating as the point of contact for assigned customers.
Nikos joined Seven Property Group in 2018.
Nikos was always involved in sales since the start of his working life. He has the experience and expertise a professional need when it comes to properties, since that has always been his passion. Niko’s moto is, ‘we are not here to just sell properties, our goal is to always consult and advise our clients having their best interest in mind, as we aim to establish long term relationships’.
Savvas joined Seven Property Group in 2019.
IT & Ba Business Management from Sheffield University. Savvas has quite a few years of experience in the customer service and Aviation Industry. His passion to always present the best possible lifestyle solutions to our clients is what defines him.
Giorgos joined Seven Property Group in March 2021.
He has graduated from Newcastle University with a Bsc in Economics and finance Degree and has attended quite a few stock exchange market Seminars. Giorgos has always been fascinated by the real estate Industry and has now managed to enjoy the best of both worlds.
Kyriaki joined Seven Property Group in April 2021.
Kyriaki holds a Ba (hons) Degree in accounting and finance. She has previous experience in customer service. Her enthusiasm and passion for working with people has made her a valuable member for our team.
Stephanie joined Seven Property Group in April 2021.
She holds a Bachelor Degree in Arts and a Master’s Degree in Marketing. Her experience spans from having worked at one of Cyprus’ leading media houses, the Aviation and Tourism industry as well as the Real estate industry in Cyprus. Having worked in various sectors has helped her grow in different levels, providing her with the ability to manage, motivate and coordinate a large number of company employees.
She has also attended numerous seminars regarding Customer Service, social media management and branding.
Kostas has joined Seven Property Group in 2012
He is outgoing and always on hand to offer solutions or advice on any matter. He is a valuable member of our team and a professional representative of our Group. Kostas is responsible for transferring important office documents and is in charge of money collection.
He enjoys being surrounded by people as he has numerous years of experience in the customer service sector. His smile and positive energy are the best representation of company!
